APPOINTMENTS
can be made online, by calling, or through text. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
You can schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you, allowing you to fully enjoy our professional services.

LATE ARRIVAL
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.More than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your result.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be treated like a NO SHOW and charged the full service amount.

RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION
We always require you to notify us 24 hours in advance so that we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

NO-SHOW
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
We hope our clientele would have consideration to make changes with notice to us.
